I have a coworker that is 24. I've talked to him about his dating experience. It's so rough out there i really feel for you guys. Even just 10-15 years ago it wasn't this bad.

I saw a concert at Wendell’s in South Carolina a few weeks ago and the place was teeming with very attractive women wearing cute outfits and cowboy boots. I’m not even no country music, but do like some of the younger artists like Tyler Childers.

If you don't care for rng chance for bar/nightclub then any store such as grocery, books, fast food, clothes, and whatever you want to go to check out or think the girl you want would go to. Then walk up start a conversation and repeat til you find a good one.

Sorry to hear that man. I don't know how it's done in the modern day, but I would start by trying to make friends with women. Once you've got women friends and put the word out there, things should start to happen. I only have limited experience with online dating, but I would say it kind of works but it's also soul crushing. I think being social and hanging out with friends and friends of friends is a better way to get started.

Think of it as acquaintances. He's talking about "networking". At my old job some cute girls suggested they could hook me up with one of their friends, without me even asking.
Never ever try to become friends with a woman you want to date first. I've seen this mistake made too many times. Once you're in a woman's "friend zone" she completely stops seeing you as even a potential romantic/sexual partner, and if you try to ask her out it'll freak her out and she'll always say no.
It's not about befriending women you want to date. It's about having female friends. If you never ever talk to women except on dates you will not understand women and you will have a very hard time with them.
I'm not saying the friendzone thing is totally wrong, but there were several girls in my group of friends right after college and one of them is now my wife, so you could see how I might have my doubts.

I guess to address what you said more directly, no I agree you should not pretend you "just want to be friends" in order to get closer to a woman. That's cowardly and she'll know.
But that's not to say you can't be friends. If there's a girl in your friend group and you chat with and flirt with her from time to time but you're not dating most people would still call you "friends". Just not platonic friends.

Work less. Cook your meals in batches. You've got to prioritize. Finding a wife isn't just some side hobby to be taken up when you've got nothing else to do. Plus that much work sounds like a sure recipe for burnout. If you find a skilled job and are thrifty, 20 or 30 hours a week should be more than sufficient to live comfortably on.
