I've been a ball of stress lately and my blood pressure is through the roof. It is taking a toll on my body. I've been exercising and trying to calm down but it doesn't seem to be having much of an effect. A couple times I thought I was having a heart attack and got excited to finally die but it turned out to be nothing.

Are there other methods to lower blood pressure? Any foods?

That one got me twice - once for sheer its absurdity, and a second time out of pure schadenfreude.

Go fishing, go camping, have a cigar on the back porch, go for a hike without headphones, plenty of relaxing activities

> I've been a ball of stress lately and my blood pressure is through the roof.

> How does one decrease blood pressure?

You attempt to fix a symptom, while you have a continuous cause. You have to fix the sources of your stress - be it *actually* changing your life to generate no stress (find a different job, move to somewhere else), or better dealing with it (exercise, meditation, psychological things).

One simple way is to stop giving a fuck about the outcome. Think through the bad outcome, what would happen if it occurs. Think about the positives and negatives. Is it really that bad? Isn't it an opportunity for you if it fails?

You lose your job? Well, take it as an opportunity to find a new job. Is it about grades in school? Stop caring beforehand, and just get your shit together for a few weeks. Is it the wife? That's a red flag you *have* to deal with as soon as possible.

Remaining in a continuous state of stress is bad for your body - well, obviously - like your blood pressure problems. You have to change your life to not be in stress continuously. You cannot medicate away your blood pressure problems but live in stress continuously.

>You lose your job?

That's the problem. My family depends on me and I keep finding jobs with low security.

That's rough. But you **have** to deal with your stress sooner or later, otherwise you will be the one who'll need help from his family to be sustained.

Something like a change in attitude. Talk with your wife about it openly, because some stress may occur due to the high expectation (you think) she has from you. It's a temporary situation, and it will get better (I assume), so assure her that you work on that, but that the stress is killing you physically. She may even support you somehow.

Not sure how your relationship with her is though, but anyway, don't appear weak, helpless or hopeless.

Only Eat Celtic Sea Salt and find a high quality Beet Powder or Supplement. Hawthorn Berry supplements or teas also lower blood pressure.

You may need to reduce to sodium intake, but best to get some bloodwork first to see what else may be lacking and to confirm that's a good idea before you do it.

A reduction in sodium might not help a ton if he's deficient in potassium.

Spot on - which is why I said he really needs some bloodwork done before he tries anything.

I think I'm mineral deficient but I hardly eat salt anyway.

>get some bloodwork

I don't go to doctors.

No you really need to stop eating salt. Minerals are more than just sodium.

Fix your diet, I guarantee you’re eating a ton of shit food.

I take this conpro clean eating food fanaticism to another level. I won't even eat something with vague ingredients like "species."

Your heart is a chemical engine - it takes minerals and produces electricity (i.e. the beating). The LACK OF SALT and dehydration is precisely why you have high blood pressure when stressing & exercising (not enough minerals == not enough chemical fuel for heart == higher blood pressure to accommodate for low incoming "minerals/minute"; also low amount of water inside body == higher pressure/congestion everywhere).

I don't know if the brand names are the same in your country, but I used to take a lot of Metoprolol, BetoZK, Betaloc (for over 20 years), and my blood was still considered high (at least 130/90).

Then I was introduced to the abovementioned idea and its solution:

   Home-made "well-water", i.e. pre-boiled tap water with mixed-in rock salt.

You pre-boil tap water to get a standardized boiled water (water has different chemical composition depending on where you live), then you mix in half a teaspoon of rock salt (none of that toxic "table salt" shit) into a 2L jug of water and drink 30ml/kg of your body mass throughout the day. (That's 1 tsp per 2.12 quart or 0.53 gallon; drink roughly 1,0 fl. oz. per 2 pounds of your body, in American). At the time my weight was 120kg, so I was drinking 3.6L of said water throughout the day (basically instead of any other drinks).

After 2 weeks of daily measures, my bp started to drop. I started to remove the blood pressure drugs (you can't just stop taking them or it might hurt your heart - you remove like 1/4 - 1/2 a pill daily for a week, then 1/4 - 1/2 more for 2nd week, etc.).

After 2 months of this salted-water therapy I was free from high blood pressure and the drugs. This was 7 years ago, I keep drinking salted-water as my main daily fluid source and have low blood pressure (~125/65) without drugs.

The inventor of this method was an Iran-born doctor, naturopath, named Fereydoon Batmanghelidj, that was sent by the regime to jail and took care of other prisoners, thus had a big pool of patients to discover and test this method.

The man with explosive blood pressure says, "I don't go to doctors".

I lived in Tokyo for 18 months and witnessed how successful their annual blood tests were to diagnose major problems before symptoms become noticeable.

I get my bloodwork done once a year.

I don't have high blood pressure.

Beet juice lowers blood pressure but it doesn’t taste great. If stress is causing such issues then you should isolate yourself from the source and do something that calms you down like a hike through some quiet woods. Prayer also works if you combine it with isolation. In the end, the only things in your control are in a three foot radius.

I think beet juice taste good, just dont forget and freak out when your pee looks red.
Wasiu on scored.co
1 year ago 0 points (+0 / -0 )
If your pee is red after drinking beet juice it means you have (micro) perforations in your bowels - could be parasites, could be years of goyslop.

Beet juice drinking is the basic test for checking for bowels perforation. Whether you drink beet juice or eat beets, only your feces should be red afterwards, not pee.

This beet juice thing intrigues me. I'll buy some beets next time I go to the store.

Try upping your magnesium intake and take a little melatonin as well.

I don't fuck with melatonin or any commercial drugs/ supplements. I agree with the magnesium thing though.

Start by decluttering your life of any subhuman jew poison, goyslop of every kind, water, food, and even retarded “friends”. The simplification of life away from the materialist poison is a good start.

Stop consuming processed foods and coffee. Caffeine is a drug that fucks you up, regardless of how socially acceptable it is.

I haven't eaten a bite of a processed food in probably 2 years. I have picked up a tea habit recently, perhaps that's the problem..
