I've been a ball of stress lately and my blood pressure is through the roof. It is taking a toll on my body. I've been exercising and trying to calm down but it doesn't seem to be having much of an effect. A couple times I thought I was having a heart attack and got excited to finally die but it turned out to be nothing.

Are there other methods to lower blood pressure? Any foods?

No you really need to stop eating salt. Minerals are more than just sodium.

Fix your diet, I guarantee you’re eating a ton of shit food.

I take this conpro clean eating food fanaticism to another level. I won't even eat something with vague ingredients like "species."
