I've been a ball of stress lately and my blood pressure is through the roof. It is taking a toll on my body. I've been exercising and trying to calm down but it doesn't seem to be having much of an effect. A couple times I thought I was having a heart attack and got excited to finally die but it turned out to be nothing.
Are there other methods to lower blood pressure? Any foods?

Start by decluttering your life of any subhuman jew poison, goyslop of every kind, water, food, and even retarded “friends”. The simplification of life away from the materialist poison is a good start.
