[somehow the lowest T country in the europe is also the one most consumed by smut](https://worldpopulationreview.com/country-rankings/testosterone-levels-by-country)

This stat isn't about porn consumption, though. It's about how whorish are the women.
That being said, I didn't know about the low T in Czechia, but another interesting correlation is that the country is also the most atheistic in Europe and has by far the highest consumption of beer per capita in the world. Beer causes man-tits.

Religion, economy, hotness of women, internet connectivity, alcohol and drugs consumption are some of the contributing factors. A combination of all of them and the risk is higher that a woman turns into a slut.

And having an economy ravaged by communism and its aftermath. And today Hungary is hated because it opposes communism and nigger-mass-importation, which sure doesn't help either.

Beer is also rich in estrogen (its the hops) which is definitely strange because the Netherlands is like 200ng/dl higher than Czechia and they guzzle as much as the beer as the germans
but similarlly to the Germans, they're very active physically, they cycle almost every day and this physical activity keeps their testosterone in the upper bracket
i think the biggest causes of low T is soy, hops, lack of physical activity, brain virus (feminism, faggotry) and excessive ejaculation
i could make an entire post about it but i really need to know WHY Czechia is more soy than the UK/Canada

They eat a lot of sausages and red meat in Germany too, a proper testosterone rich diet. Testosterone and Estrogen don't take each others out as far as I know, probably good to have a bit of both, but more of the testosterone for men obviously.
Aim for Gods intended levels of each hormone and skip fake processed food might be the best bet.

Don't forget Saurkraut
it is the secret elixir to convert body estrogen to Testosterone (brocolli too, cauliflower too)
i used to buy a bucket every week but the taste gets boring fast, i mostly use it as a condiment for toasts or frying meat with noodles but i'd rather just use Brocolli or cauliflower flavorwise
i also heard that Spicy foods (based on Chili, or Curry) increases testosterone though i haven't really felt any different after consumption, the cabbage/Broc/cali/Beef i do feel a massive difference
Saurkraut has many great properties, consider it a form of sallad/addon to eat together with a beef and skip rice, pasta and bread. Some spices can change the taste, but taste is something we get used to, healthy food isn't always the most tasty, but it's good for us. 👌
Spicy food I don't know, it's common in Asian countries that aren't exactly known for high testosterone levels. But some of these strong spices, like chili, which is technically the poison of the chili plant can have a cleaning effect when you eat food that may be full of bacteria, like chicken. Instead of bathing it in chlorine, use chili and cook it properly. Also make sure the chicken was healthy when slaughtering it.
The problem with "testosterone studies" by nation is the sampling. If a majority of your group come from well developed cities, your data is going to be notably lower. I'm not saying that your given reasons for this are untrue, at all, but this study seems bizarre.
This is probably the reason that western Europe scores quite low. The balkans scores the highest on the map, they're still white and Slavic like the Czechs, and drink plenty of beer, but most of the cities in the balkans are underdeveloped shitholes and they've been killing each other for a damned long time now, and recently.
Countries where the cities are underdeveloped horrible places to live, and/or where most of the population is rural, seem to always score higher in every study. Despite actual racial/ethnic differences being fairly minimal. I tried to find data analyzing the difference between US states, because it seems like it would be drastic, but couldn't find a study.
But there was a handy study done on the UK: https://www.medichecks.com/blogs/testosterone/what-s-the-average-testosterone-level-in-your-region
Ignore London, it's higher solely because of younger age demographics, but the highest testosterone in the UK was in Cornwall, Ulster, and Scotland. These are all the most sparsely populated parts of the UK. And Ulster and Scotland's cities aren't particularly nice either.
Czechia has very well developed cities with a high standard of living, there also isn't much rural area in czechia. If everyone in this study happens to come from Prague, which is also a city thats old as fuck by median age because there arent hordes of military aged shitskins there, that's going to *tank* testosterone averages. If they happened to study 20 year old farmhands in the countryside of the Czech Republic, it would likely be one of the highest countries on the map.
really jogs the nuggin doesn't it?

But sad to see.
