Don't forget Saurkraut
it is the secret elixir to convert body estrogen to Testosterone (brocolli too, cauliflower too)
i used to buy a bucket every week but the taste gets boring fast, i mostly use it as a condiment for toasts or frying meat with noodles but i'd rather just use Brocolli or cauliflower flavorwise
i also heard that Spicy foods (based on Chili, or Curry) increases testosterone though i haven't really felt any different after consumption, the cabbage/Broc/cali/Beef i do feel a massive difference
Saurkraut has many great properties, consider it a form of sallad/addon to eat together with a beef and skip rice, pasta and bread. Some spices can change the taste, but taste is something we get used to, healthy food isn't always the most tasty, but it's good for us. 👌
Spicy food I don't know, it's common in Asian countries that aren't exactly known for high testosterone levels. But some of these strong spices, like chili, which is technically the poison of the chili plant can have a cleaning effect when you eat food that may be full of bacteria, like chicken. Instead of bathing it in chlorine, use chili and cook it properly. Also make sure the chicken was healthy when slaughtering it.

i'll be honest, i legitimately view meat stuff (poultry, fish and eggs withstanding) as far, FAR more nutritious than vegetables
though some vegetables, like onion, and garlic are pure health for our body AND testosterone, not to mention flavor...
