The problem with "testosterone studies" by nation is the sampling. If a majority of your group come from well developed cities, your data is going to be notably lower. I'm not saying that your given reasons for this are untrue, at all, but this study seems bizarre.

This is probably the reason that western Europe scores quite low. The balkans scores the highest on the map, they're still white and Slavic like the Czechs, and drink plenty of beer, but most of the cities in the balkans are underdeveloped shitholes and they've been killing each other for a damned long time now, and recently.

Countries where the cities are underdeveloped horrible places to live, and/or where most of the population is rural, seem to always score higher in every study. Despite actual racial/ethnic differences being fairly minimal. I tried to find data analyzing the difference between US states, because it seems like it would be drastic, but couldn't find a study.

But there was a handy study done on the UK: https://www.medichecks.com/blogs/testosterone/what-s-the-average-testosterone-level-in-your-region

Ignore London, it's higher solely because of younger age demographics, but the highest testosterone in the UK was in Cornwall, Ulster, and Scotland. These are all the most sparsely populated parts of the UK. And Ulster and Scotland's cities aren't particularly nice either.

Czechia has very well developed cities with a high standard of living, there also isn't much rural area in czechia. If everyone in this study happens to come from Prague, which is also a city thats old as fuck by median age because there arent hordes of military aged shitskins there, that's going to *tank* testosterone averages. If they happened to study 20 year old farmhands in the countryside of the Czech Republic, it would likely be one of the highest countries on the map.
