Religion, economy, hotness of women, internet connectivity, alcohol and drugs consumption are some of the contributing factors. A combination of all of them and the risk is higher that a woman turns into a slut.

And having an economy ravaged by communism and its aftermath. And today Hungary is hated because it opposes communism and nigger-mass-importation, which sure doesn't help either.
