It doesn't even take that long to cook a steak. Hell, you can sous vide one and it basically does all the work for you if you absolutely must do nothing.

its not even about that, meat is fuckin expensive like really fuckin expensive
sure you can buy cheaper cuts or poultry if you wanna save shekels but if i want to eat a stake i'm gonna splurge on a Tenderloin, Sirloin or a Petite Tender
the cheap cuts are only useful for ground meat (either burger or kebab) not really enjoyable "as is"
but you're right, its better to spend more on the real deal than buy these cheap protein shakes (the ones i buy are 100% whey protein and zero added sugar)

Gymslop is astronomically more expensive than its worth. The premium put on this bullshit kills any savings you might get from not buying actual meat. Besides, if you're worried about macros exclusively, tuna is cheap as fuck, poultry is cheap, beans are dirt cheap, milk is cheap, yogurt is cheap, eggs are... more expensive than they should be, but cheaper than steak. Lots of cheap protein options are out there. Even cheap cuts of beef like chuck can be made good if you know what you're doing. Pork is another good red meat choice if you're price conscious, almost all the benefits of beef but much cheaper.
If I eat a can of tuna with a side of beans and a glass of milk that's 66g of protein more or less. The price is so low so as to effectively be negligible.
Furthermore, I consider that Israel must be destroyed
Not really, the whey protein bottles i buy are like 2.2 euros a bottle and 20/25 grams of protein per
its just whey protein mixed with 1.5% fat milk and some vanilla flavoring with monkfruit sweetner, really simple shit (like 8-9 ingriedents in the list in total)
i buy them not because of the coon-vienece but because the price is unbeatable, sure i can eat tuna and beans like some shitskin but i'd rather eat red meat instead
so on the weekends i treat myself to steak and the rest of the week i chug these cheap protein shakes supplemented by some carbs (think rice and lentils since its piss easy to make and costs almost nothing)
i really hate the fact i have to be price concious about food because everything is so fuckin expensive, even if you don't buy booze or niggerattes you're still going tight when it comes to money with all the other expenses (electricity, water, gas etc...)

Don't be picky
Buy something on sale
If you can talk to butcher ask him if he's got a sale on anything. Sometimes they will custom package something for you and tag it with a low price.
but if its something shitty like Denver cut i'd probably not enjoy it
same goes for cheese, you'd be suprised what kind of delicious are on sale not due to bad cheeses but rather due to overstocking
