Whey protein isn't really gymslop. It's fine. It isn't the greatest source of protein in the world, but it's natural (if processed) and bioavailable protein.
I'm talking about the bullshit goyslop that has protein thrown into it to appease otherwise fitness-minded people. I see it called out more and more by others, which is good and I'm glad. But that shit is expensive. Way too expensive for what it is. If you buy a protein bar for instance you may as well just eat a can of tuna and then a snickers bar right after. Better macros at a fraction of the price. Basically the same thing.
Furthermore, I consider that Israel must be destroyed
I know what you talk about, the garbage being sold in pharmacies which are loaded with sugars, chemicals and soy unironically
i buy the basic LIDL tier protein drinks where the list has only several BASIC INGRIDENTS and its simple shit, doesn't wreck your guts and it is genuinely the highest protein per euro you can buy (literally a handful of euros) doesn't contain soy either
like genuinely aiming for cheap, affordable every day products yields better results than buying the "shiny" garbage that's being peddled in places of high expenses (i.e pharmacies)
