Buy something on sale

If you can talk to butcher ask him if he's got a sale on anything. Sometimes they will custom package something for you and tag it with a low price.

that's genuine advise, if its a GOOD cut of meat i'll definitely take it

but if its something shitty like Denver cut i'd probably not enjoy it

same goes for cheese, you'd be suprised what kind of delicious are on sale not due to bad cheeses but rather due to overstocking
