Not necessarily.
The jew has been feeding and vaccinating most of us with poison.
The jew infected us with degenerative diseases so the last years of our lives will involve spending our savings on their ((( Big Pharma ))) medicines in an attempt to survive ((( their ))) sicknesses.
((( They ))) will take everything we have from us. Nothing for our children. We'll be lucky not to die homeless.

The key is to not be so afraid of your own mortality, and so obsessed with your own comfort, to buy into that end-of-life drain. 75-80 is fine. If you have your kids early (25 or so) your grandchildren will be in their 20's.

Most of my extended family on my dads side naturally lived to an almost comically old age. I am talking late 90s-centennial as an average. They ate a pretty traditional southern diet of hominy, grits, cornmeal, beans, greens, pork (when they got cars to drive to hog farms), dairy, and hunted animals. All organic obviously, and hominy, meal, and grits back then were always nixtamlized which improves nutrition. They were very physically active and did not eat very much in general. You should naturally be in a long term, nutrient dense, slight caloric deficit, that's what your body is built for. Eating too much is one of the biggest killers and it doesn't even necessarily have to be obesity or even being overweight. Your metabolism working overtime causes you to age in every way in a shorter amount of time.
Don't be obsessed with longevity but at the same time, humans have an artificial expiry date now. You should not be frail in your 60s. A little bit more beat up, tired, and sore yes, but you should not be almost invalid like most 60 year olds. A 60 year old should naturally feel like an average (so not particularly healthy) 40 year old feels in today's world. Everything I said can improve your quality of life almost instantly as well, and it won't be a fear of mortality or end of life drain, you'll just live healthier for longer. I am in a regular calorie restriction myself (though occasionally I splurge), I have been for several months. For the first few months, I lost weight (intentionally). Now I do not (also intentionally) and my diet is highly nutritious. I feel phenomenal compared to how I felt when I was eating a lot of food every day for powerlifting, and I'm not even much less strong.
Furthermore, I consider that Israel must be destroyed
If I knew I could sign a contract right now that said I could live until 80 while still being mostly pain free, and able to have my independence including driving, I’d sign it right now. Many people in my family have lived to 85 plus.

Play through all of those years too. If you don't have 2 hours a day of free time for sports, gym, video games, etc... you're managing your time improperly. Just try not to make alcohol your primary form of play, and life will be pretty good all throughout.
Mine were toddlers only a few years ago. And the answer still goes back to time management. Two options. One, get all your shit done early, get the kids to bed, start your two hours. Two, designate two hours a day as your time, your wife gets her own two hours. You cover everything during their time, they cover everything during your time. My wife and I did both things. Now that the kids are in school, we use option 2.
Yeah unless you like work from home "getting two hours" where you're not called away for some crisis, or the kids want to spend time with you, or "your" two hours are actually just chores? That would be a miracle on a regular basis. Maybe when the kids are past middle school. But if you have 4 or more kids like you should, that will be a good 15 years when you're in the "young kid" phase.

Your fault for following a horrifically oversaturated living strategy. The amount of hoops grunts have to go through is insane, and is likely because there is an obscene oversaturation of slaves fighting over scraps.
Does "work smart" mean "exploit the ignorance of your fellow brothers and profiting off their suffering they pay you for that they could just solve themselves with the knowledge you provide instead?"

the whole idea is that you [as a man] are working to provide for a family during that time, you have dependents: wife/children. if you plan to just provide for yourself, you could work part time for very little with very little need.
Except that’s not what most of your labor goes towards if you’re working a mOOdern gig above board. At least 50% goes to the KINT before you even see anything in the United States of Israel filled with shitskins. That is MOST DEFINITELY a scam.
1. Be raised by a mother and a father.
2. Learn to work at an early age, and work at things that actually mean something, like farm work, cleaning the house, etc...
3. When you're old enough, start figuring out how to work in a particular industry if you so choose. If it requires a college education, figure out how YOU are going to pay for it. Grandpa and grandma aren't going to foot the bill. Neither are your parents. If you STILL want the higher education, then you'd better apply yourself RIGHT NOW to studying.
4. If you don't want a higher education, you're going to read books and talk about important things like math, science, philosophy, religion, etc... and end up with a better education than any university can give you. Because that's what we talk about at dinner and family gatherings.
5. By the time you become an adult, you should already have a job that makes enough money to provide for a family. If not, then mom, dad, grandma and grandpa have failed. For instance, I am running a restaurant with the intent that my kids or grandkids could take over and be making > $100k a year in profit. It doesn't matter whether it's your chosen life path or not -- it is a fall-back in case you can't decide or fail to take off on your own.
6. Long-term, grandma and grandpa are building real wealth that they intend to transfer to their kids and grandkids so that they can raise their own families the "right way" -- on a farm with animals and gardens and such, and set them up for success.
I don't plan on having a retirement. I plan on dying penniless, maybe even deep in debt. All of my assets will be transferred to my kids. There won't even be a will once I am done.
I don't know why this isn't everyone's goal, considering who makes money off of debt. Distribute your assets to your kids as gifts to avoid taxes then live off borrowed money.
I've already started collecting lines of credit (which I don't use now) that will be able to cover personal living expenses for almost 10 years.

Taper pike. Determine length. 16ft-20ft
Use hardwood pike, 4-5" diameter about 5ft from the top
Tie the sentenced criminal down, legs spread, face down,
Study anatomy of human body and guide pike thru subject in attempt to avoid vital organs or quick death.
Once tip exits esophagus or neck region, hoist pike with ropes,
put base of pike in dug out hole about 3-4 ft deep, tie off to anchor points
Let gravity work
