I did keto for a few years. After 3 days of sub 20-25g carbs your body will start producing detectable levels of ketones. And you will start feeling your energy and body changing.
You can buy test strips for your pee if you want to check
I never had body odor with it. Just dont be a jeet and wash yourself regularly.
Its an okay diet, though it increases body stress and cortisol levels. You will miss breads and pasta.
Blueberries in small amounts, or you can kick your self out.

B: you'll always be a stinking jeet
C: Technically keto means unprocessed, so that means nuts and forest-berries are okay (though do try and avoid stuff like raisins and cranberries those are sugar bombs)
I lasted 3 months before i caved to the carb withdrawal
A man can't go so long without a slice of pizza or a burger, let alone potatoes
You absolutely cannot have fruits if you hope to enter ketosis. Fruits are still carbs, just unprocessed. You must be thinking of paleo which is a diet where you eat like a hunter/gatherer basically.
Answer to the questions:
A) Ketosis starts within 24 hours of fasting, or up to 2-3 days if you continue eating as the body can still produce lots of carbs if you eat too much protein.
B) Yes, you will smell different, especially at first. It will even out though.
And an answer to a question you don't know to ask: Feeling like shit is 100% normal. Keto flu sucks the first time it happens. It will stop happening though as your body gets used to going in and out of ketosis.
