With keto the idea is, get through the 1st 2 week "flu" and then start testing your piss and maintaining ketosis every day... this means your body's Resting Metabolic Rate (the calories required just for sitting still) will become a large player in shedding weight. Just do small physical activities that can increase your muscle mass. It will start slow, but if you keep it up, you can increase your RMR while also jumping your daily active metabolic rate as well.

If you don't have a strong gallbladder I recommend going down the rabbit-hole of "medicinal Amaro."
(You will be increasing your fat intake by a metric ton and herbal digestifs are amazing holistic aid to a high fat diet like keto.)
