This is doctor's orders:
* Cook all of your own food from basic ingredients.
* Grow as much of your own food as possible. Every year grow a little more. Buy the basic ingredients from farmers or neighbors you trust. No fertilizers / pesticides / herbicides / etc...
* Spend as much time outdoors as possible every day, no matter the weather. Walk for at least 1 mile a day outdoors (barring extreme weather situations of course.)
* Do physical labor for at least 3 hours a day. If you can't do physical labor, then at least lift weights. Better yet, do both.
* Get plenty of sleep every night. Go to bed early. Wake up before the sun.
* Make close friends and spend time with them regularly. Keep in touch with your family.
* Read the Bible daily. Pray to God as often as you can.

* Avoid sugar, salt and oils at all costs
Those two things will put you on a better path within two weeks.

literally half of my time in the goymart i'm looking over the ingredients of many products and even some "healthy products" end up in the organics aisle, their ingredients are anything but organic...
just use common sense, eat plenty of meat, drink plenty of water or make your own iced tea with natural ingredients (just tea, lemon and some honey or stevia depending on taste)

I haven't even touched "natural flavor" or "spices" in years.
My food comes from the produce, deli, and meat sections. Mostly meat but some produce for sure.
I do eat bread but not as much anymore.
My breakfast,
- Glass of water
- Black coffee with no Natural Flavors®
- 3 organic cage free eggs
- Organic red peppers
- Organic White mushrooms
- Sweet Onion
- Salsa; tomatoes, jalapeño, salt, vinegar, cilantro, black pepper
- Whipped Butter; pasteurized sweet cream, salt
My lunch,
- Organic air chilled chicken breast w/salt
- Plain popcorn w/salt
Dinner,
- Apple
- Orange
Correct, so stop eating processed food.
Prepare your own meals. Eat simple, clean food. Look for low-sodium options.
