And if you still do nothing else, at least:

* Drink water exclusively

* Avoid sugar, salt and oils at all costs

Those two things will put you on a better path within two weeks.

Don't know why you would avoid salt. I'd be curious to hear the reasoning.

* High blood pressure: The main concern with high sodium intake is its direct link to elevated blood pressure (hypertension), which can damage blood vessels and increase the risk of heart attacks and strokes.

* Water retention: When you consume too much sodium, your body retains water to try and dilute it, leading to potential swelling in the hands, feet, and ankles.

* Kidney strain: The kidneys work hard to excrete excess sodium, which can put stress on their function over time.

* Impact on other health conditions: High sodium intake may also be linked to increased risk of certain health issues like stomach cancer, osteoporosis, and kidney disease.

Read ingredient labels, make your own food, and do your best. Cutting 90% is better than zero.

that's pretty much what i do, but finding good quality ingredients is a crusade and a half

literally half of my time in the goymart i'm looking over the ingredients of many products and even some "healthy products" end up in the organics aisle, their ingredients are anything but organic...

just use common sense, eat plenty of meat, drink plenty of water or make your own iced tea with natural ingredients (just tea, lemon and some honey or stevia depending on taste)

speaking of which, i'm gonna make some right now.

Just buy raw ingredients. I go and pick up a bunch of random shit like beef, onions, garlic, potatoes, chicken, and such things, throw it all in a pot, add a LIBERAL amount of vinegar, cook and eat.

I haven't even touched "natural flavor" or "spices" in years.

Sugar is avoidable.

My food comes from the produce, deli, and meat sections. Mostly meat but some produce for sure.

I do eat bread but not as much anymore.

No, trying to trim off some excess goyslop and found eating non-processed foods make you feel and look like a different person. Why don't you share with us what you consoom on an average day? jews tear down, Whites build up. If you aren't here to help others but just cut them down...

Yeah, it's in 100% of all goyslop™. So quit eating that shit.

Prepare your own meals. Eat simple, clean food. Look for low-sodium options.

This is doctor's orders:

* Cook all of your own food from basic ingredients.
* Grow as much of your own food as possible. Every year grow a little more. Buy the basic ingredients from farmers or neighbors you trust. No fertilizers / pesticides / herbicides / etc...
* Spend as much time outdoors as possible every day, no matter the weather. Walk for at least 1 mile a day outdoors (barring extreme weather situations of course.)
* Do physical labor for at least 3 hours a day. If you can't do physical labor, then at least lift weights. Better yet, do both.
* Get plenty of sleep every night. Go to bed early. Wake up before the sun.
* Make close friends and spend time with them regularly. Keep in touch with your family.
* Read the Bible daily. Pray to God as often as you can.

A lot of WNs are OK with race mixing and porn, sadly. Just be careful about degeneracy like that
