I wouldn't waste time saying X country is better than Y, you can only choose how you get kiked. We still have insane taxation and our car-manufacturing economy got nerfed by greens, but there are barely homeless people because of very lenient government gibs and rural areas are still mostly white (although most of Germany is a shithole architecture-wise because we got bombed so hard).
I recently got a coffee for free after the (Muslim) owner tried to start some conversation about Islam and we both ended up agreeing that we both hate Jews and I said they need to be purged from the government. The other people in the bar were based and agreed with me, which surprised me. Highlight of the month tbh.
I like your comment because you openly discuss what we discuss here on this forum in public or among your own family, friends and acquaintances.
I, too, have inserted criticism of jews into lots of my conversations with people. There's many different strategies i utilize. Often friends or family come to me with their problems and I can always trace their problems back to jews Every. Single. Time. This causes some kind of awakening in them. Not always. Okay, maybe just sometimes. But if sometimes i can help someone NOTICE for the first time in their lives, then I feel like I am doing the Lord's work in some minor way.
Let this set an example. When naming the jew, and someone agrees with you, use that moment to bond and give them a free coffee or token of your alliance against the synagogue of satan.
In the meantime, many are just going to continue to direct rage at unnamed faceless "globalists" and "deep state" and other unnamed unidentified false boogie men. "muh war on terrorism" Destroy the deep state. The deep state are jews. NOOOooOoOoOooo You anti-Semite *banned* from TheDonald - back to larping and getting angry at nameless faceless globalists while pretending jews are literally chosen by God to wreak havoc out of an apartheid desert sewer in the middle east.
Yeah, I live in an area that would probably be considered redneck and its well maintained and clean compared to the nearby city, which is full of blacks and looks like mordor if it were one giant strip mall.

0.75% here in Sweden, but capped at $1000/yr. "Economical buildings" such as garages, barns, basement etc is taxed 0.3% - 0.5% depending on municipality. Taxation value is typically half of the market value and very conservative. You can even pay extra in advance and earn interest on paid taxes, usually much better interest than any bank would pay.
$15,000 is more than most people here pay in income tax in a whole year. You can even buy a house for that amount of money.

It is on the cheap side, and far north, but they do exist. Always older houses tho, no modern tofu dreg bullshit. 2-4 mil NOK must be very close to Oslo or a very modern luxurious house. There's a huge difference between cities and rural areas.
That said, since we're talking property taxes, anything more expensive than 1.5mil SEK becomes cheaper in property tax because it's capped.
Check https://www.hemnet.se for current prices and offers.
You can get a small uninsulated unliveable log cabin for 150k SEK that will probably require a complete renovation including replacing dry rotted beams new roof etc. After all is said and done you are looking at spending minimum 150k SEK extra if not 300k SEK if you are unlucky.

With toddys energy prices, a log cabin with a wood burning stove and fireplace makes a lot of sense. Personally I'd stick to somewhere between 300k and 500k SEK. That's a good range were you'd get a lot of house for the money, especially in or near small towns.

Countries without property taxes exist. In Europe it's Liechtenstein, Malta (easy for an American to integrate) and Croatia. Many other European countries have very minimal property taxes.

Malta was a crusader state at one point, it might be one of the least jewed countries on the planet. Which is of course why the jews are trying to dump Muslims there to do the job for them.
Maltese people are fairly conservative, but the country has been flooded with "migrants", despite the population and even the police forces being overwhelmingly against it. Some areas, like Hamrun, look like a mix of North Africa and the sub-Saharan Africa. Niggers loitering and being a nuisance. Valletta is full of pajeets working in restaurants.
Other than that, it's not a bad place. A little tight, but English is one of the two official languages and the locals are chill.

What sort of tax system would you have to encourage ownership
I think if true ownership was the goal there should be some guard rails; can't be a corporation, can't be more than homes than people in your family.
I also think it should only apply as a tax forgiveness when you are paid off with no loans on your home. This would encourage communities and fiscal responsibilities

My local area voted no on the school levy this year. It was set to raise property taxes on home owners again. The teachers at the school my kids go to threw a fit and put on a show/event in the auditorium to shame the parents for voting no. We are not a known as a wealthy area. A bunch of them lost their jobs because there was no funding. Things like after school clubs and they to cut 6th grade sports. Now if you want to be on the basketball team as a sixth grader you have to complete with the 7th graders and I think that's a valuable lesson as it is. Its competitive out here. I would have liked to see more of these worthless "teachers" lose their jobs anyway. *my point is, you can sometimes have a little control over your property taxes* ... a little.
I have a parent that worked in the school system. If a school spent anywhere from 40-50% of their budget on education rather than sports they were doing well. If your school or college brags about their sports program, run. Less than 1/3 of the dollars will go to your non sports playing kids.
