Maltese people are fairly conservative, but the country has been flooded with "migrants", despite the population and even the police forces being overwhelmingly against it. Some areas, like Hamrun, look like a mix of North Africa and the sub-Saharan Africa. Niggers loitering and being a nuisance. Valletta is full of pajeets working in restaurants.
Other than that, it's not a bad place. A little tight, but English is one of the two official languages and the locals are chill.
