You can get a small uninsulated unliveable log cabin for 150k SEK that will probably require a complete renovation including replacing dry rotted beams new roof etc. After all is said and done you are looking at spending minimum 150k SEK extra if not 300k SEK if you are unlucky.

But at least you will own your home.

With toddys energy prices, a log cabin with a wood burning stove and fireplace makes a lot of sense. Personally I'd stick to somewhere between 300k and 500k SEK. That's a good range were you'd get a lot of house for the money, especially in or near small towns.

If a log cabin is actually lived in and kept at a liveable temperature it will almost last for over 300 years, If you insulate the log cabin it will rot out in 70 years due to issues with damp.
