I've been pescetarian-vegetarian for over 2 years and I was thinking to go back to eat mean cuz vegans and anti-meat people lied with everything.

Matthew 15:11:

"It is not what goes into the mouth of a man that defiles and dishonors him, but what comes out of the mouth, this defiles and dishonors him".

Even Jesus said it. So anybody telling to people what to eat is a moron who think they're better than Jesus himself.

I heard that beef is the best, right?? Redpill me. Meat-pill me bros. 🥓🍖

Beef is suppose to be the most nutritionally dense source of meat (be sure to be aware of what the cow eats, grains like corn are fed to fatten them up for market, stick with pasture/grass fed)

I know that most people recommend it for it having a lot of zinc. Which is related with the level of testosterone..
Also pumpkin seeds have almost double zinc than beef. And the sunflower seeds have a lot too. If you guys want to consider.
But the rest about vegan diet is soy garbage.

Yeah, I'll support the local butcher or local farmer. Fuck the big Jewish corporations.

Now the agenda is obvious since they push veganism and want to prohibit meat.
Thank you for the answer brother!

Your body does not absorb pumpkin seed zinc as well as beef zinc. In fact universally, if its in meat, your body actually absorbs it much better. Pairing pumpkin seeds with meat or fruit helps your body absorb the nutrients better from the pumpkin seeds

Why not?
I never understood this concept of absorbing one thing but not the other. Aren't both natural?
My stomach isn't spoiled and can digest everything.
But yeah I also eat fruits lol so it should work.

Plants tend to contain antinutrients such as tannins and lectins which reduce the absorption of nutrients into the body.

Plant proteins are also quite structurally different from animal ones and the body finds them harder to digest in the first place.

Your body doesnt absorb everything. Lots of factors. Hell people who are lactose intolerant are missing an enzyme in their stomach to digest it. Thats literally why they cant handle milk

But veganism is a cult honestly.. hard to help these. At least there are anti-vegan communities. Like the "anti-vegan" one on reddit..
Turns out almost everything about veganism is a lie. Other than meat factories being too cruel, the rest is wrong and false.
And has nothing to fo with any spirituality. Factually vegans are full of hatred for these who eat meat lol.
Good that I never got that low and ate fish..

Beef is the most micro nutrient rich meat (not just Zinc), it's true even for grain finished ones. Also, beef has the best fat composition. Poke is okay but chicken contains lots of unsaturated fat you have to eat them fresh.

> seeds

Seeds in general are garbage because of anti-nutrients like lectin/phytate.

Remind you, vegan nutritional "facts" are full of lies (e.g. Saturated fat causes heart disease!!..), you probably have to learn the basics from scratch.

Read this. Also go on anti-vegan on reddit and read the pinned post. All their claims are debunked. I thought like you too but turns out the body needs meat. Samael Aun Weor went for so long without meat and got sick and his level of consciousness was super advanced and he helped humanity in a lot of ways. He concluded that the body needs meat and the rest of spiritual movements who say it doesn't are mistaken. Jesus too ate fish and probably lamb.

You are totally right mate, the body becomes weaker and pale. Let's stick with the facts and admit it, veganism isn't for everybody and most people are better with meat, they need it.. At least in these times when we have to double down on it Because they want to take it away and when we have to revolt.
Thanks for your comment. Don't worry about the animals. If it were true then cats would be monsters since they're omnivore and we would pray at cows since they're 100% vegan.
Also if God were to intend them not to get killed he would have made an eating chain..
Take a look at what I linked. The spirituality is of the soul, when we polish ourselves, get rid of vices and embody virtues instead.

So what percentage should be meat and what percentage should be vegetables?
From what I read , 20-30% meat.
What do you think?

That's wrong. You can live off 100% meat. The Brazilian gauchos (cowboys) used to live on beef and coffee and were very healthy. The Mongolians used to live on beef and similar meat, along with dairy. An observer noted how strong and healthy they were compared to their Chinese opponents, who lived on vegetable stews (mostly lentils), with meat rarely used, and had rotten teeth and were physically weak.

Kick vegetables to the curb and make them no more than 10% of your diet. Make the rest animal protein and dairy.

Isn't there a researcher who went around the globe and found that these who were the strongest ate the most meat? And had super healthy teeth as well?

Aren't vegetables also needed? I thought they mix well with meat. Like potatoes they're good.
And what do you think of eating raw meat?

Don't eat raw meat. It can make you very sick. Cooking meat kills all sorts of parasites and harmful bacteria. Also, don't eat the meat of a herbivore that was fed animal protein. An example would be cows being fed ground-up sheep. It sounds insane, but that's happened before. That's how you get a prion disease. Such diseases are incurable and 100% fatal. Cooking meat does not kill prions.

Some vegetables are fine. Sweet potatoes are supposed to be nutritional all-stars.

Be aware that almost all of the bread today is made from fine flour, which keeps forever. The reason it keeps forever is because it has had all of the nutrients taken out and is basically nothing. Your body turns it into sugar.

>Don't eat raw meat

This varies wildy. Raw beef is perfectly safe to eat as long as the animal wasn't sick and the meat was handled properly. Raw ground beef should be safe, but it's risky, because pathogens that could grow in small numbers of the surface of the meat have been mixed throughout it as it was ground. Raw chicken could be safe, but since we keep them in barely sanitary factory farms, the chances of it carrying some kind of pathogen is too high to shrug off. Raw pork is a hard pass. Pigs are omnivore mammals more closely related to us than other livestock, which means pathogens that infect them are highly likely to also infect us, and they wallow in filth all day. Chances of parasites and other pathogens are off the charts.

Vegetables have been shilled for profit and for virtue signalling. That doesn't make them bad, but, they are highly overrated. Everything humans need is in meat, and while it is great to augment ones diet with dairy, vegetables, and suchlike, there have been multiple peoples who subsisted in good health entirely on some variety of meat.

Eat what your body craves.

Listen to yourself. Yesterday I had a salad because I was craving vegetables. Some days I crave a steak. Others, fish. Animals don't think about what they're going to eat, they just eat what they feel like eating.

Watch any interview with a "oldest person in the world". They always ask what the person ate. The answer is always something you wouldn't associate with being healthy (but not goyslop). The real answer is whatever they felt like.

The best way to get there is to practice semen retention and white tantra. Ejaculation loses a lot of life force. That's why everybody is sooo tired now.
And fasting helps the body stay healthy and live long. I'd combine these with meat and nature and probably live over 100 years if things go well.
I agree with what you said. Our body knows what it needs and we should listen to cravings. Other than the craving for gayslop and sugar which are artificial, the rest is good. That's what I eat salty food in spite if everybody saying salt bad.

The reason filet is prized is because it respects the tenets of the cholesterol scam.

All muscle meat is pretty much the same.

Fat is needed to absorb and use protein properly

My favourite ground meat is the fatty one which gets sold as dog grade food. Costs nothing, and is the best for standalone.

I personally want to ground myself more in this reality and to lift more and I think meat can help me here.

Sure you can ask. I'll answer.

>I have been to churches where some people are vegetarians because they felt God intended us to be (Garden of Eden) and it wasn't until the fall that Adam and Eve at meat.

Yeah I've read that before. But back then animals were vegans too. https://www.bible.com/bible/1/GEN.1.29-30.KJV

Genesis 1:29-30
King James Version
29 And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.

30 And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so.

Also humans were pure and had no egos. The way to get back to that point of Eden is by undoing our fall. As explained [here](https://odysee.com/@Soren:71/SEX_THE_SECRET_GATE_TO_EDEN:5). We fell because of vices, especially lust. Veganism won't get people back and if vegans think they will go to heaven because of it, they are deluded. Hell has many of them. Jesus made it clear that food is not related.

Yeah I agree. I went for pescetarian because I wanted the animals to live. Turns out that for the majority of people , meat is needed and there's nothing wrong with it. Animals can be killed morally, but we have to respect them and to use the nourishment to do good, to honour them.

https://glorian.org/connect/blog/is-being-vegetarian-or-vegan-required-for-spiritual-development

You can read more about it here. It's not related with spirituality. Both the black and the white lodge kill animals. The difference is the end purpose. The white lodge can even kill certain animals to protect themselves, while the evil one might use it to do black magic to attack others.
The difference is in the intention and purpose.

I’ve got a fun trick to eat lots of cheap red meat on the cheap. Poor man’s ribeye: Take a peice of well marbled chuck roast sliced about 2inches thick, vacuum pack it in a back with good amount salt and pepper, sous vide it at 132.5 degrees for about 4 hours or slightly more, take it out on the grill and sear the shit out of it on both sides. This works well with tri tip roast as well. Ribeye is my personal favorite but gone are the days of 7.99 lb ribeye steak. Chuck where I’m at is reliably around 6.85, tri tip is around 9.85 and ribeye is at 15 plus per pound.
fvckface on scored.co

Someone on here pointed out the microplastic dangers of sous vide to me. I looked into it and there is nothing really definitive that I could find.

So I bought distilled water, and a TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) meter. I cleaned a glass with alcohol and let it dry, I rinsed the glass with distilled water, then I filled it with distilled water and tested it. It was very low, almost zero.

Then I poured distilled water from that same jug into a vacuum bag, and sealed it without full vacuum, then stuck the distilled water bag into my sous vide.

Hours later I cleaned a glass the same as I did before, then poured the water from the sous vide bag in and tested it. I don't recall the exact ppm but it was significantly higher, but still lower than tap water, but all of the shit that transferred to the distilled water were unknown plastic-petrol chemicals and/or microplastics, not minerals and fluoride like in tap water.

I quit using my sous vide, don't even use it for my dog's pork loin like I used to. Switched to a crock pot for that.

Don't fret though, you can slow smoke chuck roast in a wood smoker and get essentially the same effect, except with bark and a smoke ring and tons more flavor.

winkles. (common periwinkle)

even if you are a vegertian at heart you should still understand that there is different levels of sentients with plants beinf at the low end of the scale(although they are still capable of communcation, dicernment, and tranfer of infommation via mycorrhizal networks)

winkles are on the low end of sentients, their death is usually a hell of a lot worse than being quickly boiled or steamed
(litterally eaten alive slowly by whelks is the natural way)

they are high in protein, zinc, magneism, iron, and iodine, they taste a little livery, they go great with sweet chilli sauce and lime juice

also they are free if you live in an area that they are safe to gather, just pick a bucket full at the low low tide(not all low tides are really low, you need to go the tide is really low, check a tide table and you will see what i mean) steam for 5-6 mins and leave to cool, eat them when they are chilled

frankly they look a little monsterus and they would be terrifiying if human sized but for now lets eat the fuck out of them little bitches before they can eat us

Meat has exactly the raw material that your body needs. Its what you're made of. Empericially since the Chinese have started eating a lot more milk and meat their average height has gone up 9cm! Meat is objectively one of the most nutritious foods you can eat.

Imo most meats are comparable health wise if you account for the varying protein to fat ratio. Beef probably has more iron.

Supposedly beef is one of the safest... if it's freshly butchered, you can supposedly eat it raw...if it's borderline rancid, clean the slime off and cook the ever-loving hell out of it. (fourth or fifth hand info, so take it with a dose of salt)

prolly a bit much considering you're easing back into meat, but I like to use my family's jerky marinade to make burgers; splash or three of worcestorshire/low sodium soy sauce (relax, the psuedoestrogens are fermented out at that point), a ***small*** (less than a tablespoon) amount of dark brown sugar (adds a bit of smokiness to the meat without putting in literal soot), cubed/shreeded cheese (optional, though it helps bind) and as much black pepper as your can stand. mix everything in a food processor/stand mixer on low speed until the ingredients are well blended and the sinew is completely disconnected, shape into patties and freeze for at least an hour (longer if you're making a bunch at once to make later).

put on parchment paper if grilling for one side, then turn over after they've cooked almost all the way through and remove the paper. cook as normal. cover grill with lid between checks/flips.

if frying, turn up the pan/griddle fairly high and wait for it to smoke a bit, then toss on patties or loose balls which should then be smashed flat with a heavy spatula. again, cook almost all the way through and flip, cook as normal. (will smoke like mad, well worth it.

either way, toast the bread/buns a little bit before the patties so they hold up a bit better, and then let the burgers rest for a minute or two after adding to the bun.

optional: throw half a peeled onion in the middle of the grill while cooking the burgers and garnish with afterwards. infuses the onion flavor into the meat, and sweetens the onion considerably for the garnish.
Toast message
