I've been pescetarian-vegetarian for over 2 years and I was thinking to go back to eat mean cuz vegans and anti-meat people lied with everything.
Matthew 15:11:
"It is not what goes into the mouth of a man that defiles and dishonors him, but what comes out of the mouth, this defiles and dishonors him".
Even Jesus said it. So anybody telling to people what to eat is a moron who think they're better than Jesus himself.
I heard that beef is the best, right?? Redpill me. Meat-pill me bros. 🥓🍖
Kick vegetables to the curb and make them no more than 10% of your diet. Make the rest animal protein and dairy.
Aren't vegetables also needed? I thought they mix well with meat. Like potatoes they're good.
And what do you think of eating raw meat?
I heard some friends shilling for it.
Beef also helps in the prevention of cancer in the body.
Some vegetables are fine. Sweet potatoes are supposed to be nutritional all-stars.
Be aware that almost all of the bread today is made from fine flour, which keeps forever. The reason it keeps forever is because it has had all of the nutrients taken out and is basically nothing. Your body turns it into sugar.
This varies wildy. Raw beef is perfectly safe to eat as long as the animal wasn't sick and the meat was handled properly. Raw ground beef should be safe, but it's risky, because pathogens that could grow in small numbers of the surface of the meat have been mixed throughout it as it was ground. Raw chicken could be safe, but since we keep them in barely sanitary factory farms, the chances of it carrying some kind of pathogen is too high to shrug off. Raw pork is a hard pass. Pigs are omnivore mammals more closely related to us than other livestock, which means pathogens that infect them are highly likely to also infect us, and they wallow in filth all day. Chances of parasites and other pathogens are off the charts.
