I've been pescetarian-vegetarian for over 2 years and I was thinking to go back to eat mean cuz vegans and anti-meat people lied with everything.

Matthew 15:11:

"It is not what goes into the mouth of a man that defiles and dishonors him, but what comes out of the mouth, this defiles and dishonors him".


Even Jesus said it. So anybody telling to people what to eat is a moron who think they're better than Jesus himself.

I heard that beef is the best, right?? Redpill me. Meat-pill me bros. 🥓🍖

Beef is the most micro nutrient rich meat (not just Zinc), it's true even for grain finished ones. Also, beef has the best fat composition. Poke is okay but chicken contains lots of unsaturated fat you have to eat them fresh.

Seeds in general are garbage because of anti-nutrients like lectin/phytate.

Remind you, vegan nutritional "facts" are full of lies (e.g. Saturated fat causes heart disease!!..), you probably have to learn the basics from scratch.
