I've been pescetarian-vegetarian for over 2 years and I was thinking to go back to eat mean cuz vegans and anti-meat people lied with everything.

Matthew 15:11:

"It is not what goes into the mouth of a man that defiles and dishonors him, but what comes out of the mouth, this defiles and dishonors him".

Even Jesus said it. So anybody telling to people what to eat is a moron who think they're better than Jesus himself.

I heard that beef is the best, right?? Redpill me. Meat-pill me bros. 🥓🍖

Beef tastes the best, although salmon is nice to have too. I'd eat from all 3 of those protein groups. Vegetables are OK once in awhile but I wouldn't go crazy on them.

So what percentage should be meat and what percentage should be vegetables?
From what I read , 20-30% meat.
What do you think?

Edit: thank you for answering!

That's wrong. You can live off 100% meat. The Brazilian gauchos (cowboys) used to live on beef and coffee and were very healthy. The Mongolians used to live on beef and similar meat, along with dairy. An observer noted how strong and healthy they were compared to their Chinese opponents, who lived on vegetable stews (mostly lentils), with meat rarely used, and had rotten teeth and were physically weak.

Kick vegetables to the curb and make them no more than 10% of your diet. Make the rest animal protein and dairy.

Isn't there a researcher who went around the globe and found that these who were the strongest ate the most meat? And had super healthy teeth as well?

Aren't vegetables also needed? I thought they mix well with meat. Like potatoes they're good.
And what do you think of eating raw meat?
I heard some friends shilling for it.

Veggies are extremely delicious and do complement well with meat when paired and prepared to taste correctly.
Beef also helps in the prevention of cancer in the body.

Don't eat raw meat. It can make you very sick. Cooking meat kills all sorts of parasites and harmful bacteria. Also, don't eat the meat of a herbivore that was fed animal protein. An example would be cows being fed ground-up sheep. It sounds insane, but that's happened before. That's how you get a prion disease. Such diseases are incurable and 100% fatal. Cooking meat does not kill prions.

Some vegetables are fine. Sweet potatoes are supposed to be nutritional all-stars.

Be aware that almost all of the bread today is made from fine flour, which keeps forever. The reason it keeps forever is because it has had all of the nutrients taken out and is basically nothing. Your body turns it into sugar.

>Don't eat raw meat

This varies wildy. Raw beef is perfectly safe to eat as long as the animal wasn't sick and the meat was handled properly. Raw ground beef should be safe, but it's risky, because pathogens that could grow in small numbers of the surface of the meat have been mixed throughout it as it was ground. Raw chicken could be safe, but since we keep them in barely sanitary factory farms, the chances of it carrying some kind of pathogen is too high to shrug off. Raw pork is a hard pass. Pigs are omnivore mammals more closely related to us than other livestock, which means pathogens that infect them are highly likely to also infect us, and they wallow in filth all day. Chances of parasites and other pathogens are off the charts.

Vegetables have been shilled for profit and for virtue signalling. That doesn't make them bad, but, they are highly overrated. Everything humans need is in meat, and while it is great to augment ones diet with dairy, vegetables, and suchlike, there have been multiple peoples who subsisted in good health entirely on some variety of meat.

You can eat an all carnivore diet just fine. You do not have to play this percentage crap.

Just make sure to ease into it and take magnesium supplement or you’ll get a hemorrhoid.

Eat what your body craves.

Listen to yourself. Yesterday I had a salad because I was craving vegetables. Some days I crave a steak. Others, fish. Animals don't think about what they're going to eat, they just eat what they feel like eating.

Watch any interview with a "oldest person in the world". They always ask what the person ate. The answer is always something you wouldn't associate with being healthy (but not goyslop). The real answer is whatever they felt like.

The best way to get there is to practice semen retention and white tantra. Ejaculation loses a lot of life force. That's why everybody is sooo tired now.
And fasting helps the body stay healthy and live long. I'd combine these with meat and nature and probably live over 100 years if things go well.
I agree with what you said. Our body knows what it needs and we should listen to cravings. Other than the craving for gayslop and sugar which are artificial, the rest is good. That's what I eat salty food in spite if everybody saying salt bad.

IMO its best to eat a lot of vegetables, but you won't get many calories from it. Mostly nutrients and fiber.

Wild caught trout is unbeatable for flavour, it's such a rare treat though.
