Brian has lived a on a budget, in the same 1977 Class C Motor Home for 12 years! He bought it for $3300,! The RV is now 45 Years old!

In 2009, Brian was living in Denver and was ready for a change! He bought a Geo Tracker as a tow vehicle- which takes him everywhere he wants to go! Brian parks the RV at his camp and mostly drives the Geo Tracker. He spends less than $1000 dollars a year for maintenance and upkeep. Brian is a huge outdoor enthusiast and has room for all of his outdoor gear in a Class C. He is very happy living a frugal, sustainable lifestyle that anyone can afford!

With a rig like this, why not go tiny, see the world, and live the adventurous life!

When I get my Homestead I will probably buy about 5 acres, ideally for 60k or less, then I will buy an inexpensive RV, until I can build a Earthship!

Would be glorious to get together with about 25 other people / families and buy 200 acres and start a village..

It's just tough to find people with the time, and resources.. God willing we will be able to get some of these simple Villages going with ParSea money.

I can't think of a more enjoyable experience in life that building a Sustainable village with good friends.
