I feel this way when I've had to take time off from working out, either from illness or injury. "But it's so comfortable to sleep in! You could relax and have more time to yourself!"

Nothing good comes from those feelings. Keep up your workouts. Sieg heil.

Lately (as in the last couple of months) I have lost all "feeling" to workout. Every workout day, when it's time to go to the gym, I completely don't feel like it. I really don't feel like fucking going. But I go anyway. I don't think it's an accident that these last couple of months have been amazing physically in that I'm doing peak lifts and I'm hitting new levels of peak aesthetics.

Try supplementing some vitamin D. I have a lot of my younger male patients (20s-30) come in requesting their testosterone be tested because they jave "fatigue", "low libido/energy", etc. I order it to appease them but always throw in vitD and more often than not that is the case. We used to supplement to 30 ng/mL, but 50 is now considered therapeutic. Hope the info helps, cheers.
