Try supplementing some vitamin D. I have a lot of my younger male patients (20s-30) come in requesting their testosterone be tested because they jave "fatigue", "low libido/energy", etc. I order it to appease them but always throw in vitD and more often than not that is the case. We used to supplement to 30 ng/mL, but 50 is now considered therapeutic. Hope the info helps, cheers.
