“Working out” at a gym is gay. Lifting heavy shit at home, and doing shit outside is 🤌🏻. The only exception I make is if someone needs access to a pool to do laps, and/or low impact shit while recovering. I’m not opposed to swimming. It’s an amazing skill to learn, and build on, unfortunately, you have to have access to a pool many places, especially in winter. Such a great form of active recovery after lifting heavy shit all week too. I have spoken, this is it! 🫡

I don’t consider that a gym, nor “working out”. That’s skill building IMHO, and I agree. With that said, many places are disgusting now, and allow too many nons now. Better off working on things with at least one fren. Ringworm, and other things is legit. It’s all basically useless in the street anyway. Just my opinion. SPRAY, AND BANG is for the streets. I’m not rolling on the ground with some diseased non.

If you’re getting punched on the street, you’ve already failed, and lost in my eyes, because that means if you got punched, you could have been stabbed too. With that said, “handle yourself” is a catch all phrase, and 90% of normies, and NPCs would say, and think they know how to “handle themselves”.
At the end of the day its just discipline that matters. Whether you climb a rock wall, train for 3-gun competitions, weight lift at the local gym and get ringworm (personal experience), the discipline is what will help you the most because it extends to every activity you touch or pursue.
This is not true at all. If you do not know how to fight or handle yourself when you get punched you are going to lose.
Knowing how close someone has to be to hit you, and being able to read when they're moving in, are important in every interaction.
Likewise, knowing the difference between someone tweaking out and actually preparing to attack you.
