Anything that could be admitted into court is potential evidence. It does not need to be evidence of criminal conduct.

Could easily be challenged under the 5th, as forcing him to unlock his phone is effectively forcing him to incriminate himself.

I don't know if it would work, or if it would get to the supreme court, but I don't like the idea of being forced to give the police access to my phone one bit. Not under any circumstance.

They say the laws don’t apply outside of the country, so that’s why they can detain you at customs and search your gear.

But then they go ahead and try to charge the guy with breaking the law that they said doesn’t exist out of the country.

They say your rights don't apply at the border. Of course laws still apply when they work against you, goy.

But if you’re a brown alien invader, you get the rights that white multigenerational citizens no longer have access to. People always talk about wealth redistribution, but never talk about the rights that are being stolen, and redistributed.

Well, then the best course action is likely wiping your phone before getting on your flight and maybe pretend you accidentally did a factory reset

Don’t pretend anything. Don’t even talk to them, say nothing.

There is already case law. The cops have to unlock it themselves. But they also didn't have a warrant. So this is of course illegal, but when has that ever stopped zogbots? Plus there was never any RAS for a crime.

Yup. They break the law, punish you with the process, and then the white tax payer is left paying for their destruction. As always, it’s all part of the KINT.

@GrapheneOS just posted an hour ago:

> Our duress PIN/password wipes 3 different forms of key material needed with derive the key encryption keys with the user's PIN/password. All of the encrypted data still exists but is fully unrecoverable due to multiple things needed to derive the keys to decrypt it being gone.

All the data is technically still there -- so they can't charge him with destroying the unknown and undefined theoretical "evidence" they never had a warrant/ cause to demand in the first place.

Exactly why I stopped flying

the last few times I've flown, the experience has been godawful. i used to travel for work a lot and i loved it. but the last few times, it's gotten so bad i don't do that anymore and i dread having fly anywhere.

there's less legroom, the lines are super long. i got to the airport 3 hours before my flight and i still barely caught the flight because the line to get through security was so long. i always get pulled aside for extra searching. they have shrunk the luggage sizes allowed before you have to pay. and they nickel and dime you on your luggage size/weight. i went on a particularly long trip a few years ago and they charged me an extra $400 bucks for my luggage. then the seats are smaller, less leg room, and they pack the planes, don't turn on the air or circulate it properly--my last couple of flights literally smelled like poop the whole time. i don't fly much anymore either. to reiterate, i used to love flying. i hate it now. it's a miserable experience now.

I'm always getting fucking delays on flights. If I cross more than two time zones it's going to be 10+ hours of travel.

My wife just left today and it was supposed to be 4 hour flight well her connector just flat out got canceled, she got bumped to tomorrow morning so to fly 6 states away it's 24+ hours.

I blame the increasing nigger staff in every aspect of the airport.

I’ve never been big on flying, or cruises, and now there are more reasons than ever to avoid them at all costs. You’re not trapping me in a death trap full of obese loud obnoxious shitskins. No thank you.

I stopped flying before covid scamdemic

Too invasive, too much surveillance, forfeiture of rights, etc.

Also non-Whites ruined public transportation. That includes commercial domestic flights.

I come to your house. I put a boot on your car. I haven't stolen anything because your car is _right there_. You can use it, if you can figure out how.

This is called "theft by conversion."

they can "charge him" with whatever the fuck they want. Another question is if they can indict him.

Exactly. Evidence of what? We're prosecuting Americans on theoretical "evidence" of possible crimes now?

He opposed that cop city thing. Now while I am not on his side i am also not on the cop's side and it appears he is just guilty by association.

"Wiped the server? What do you mean? Like with a cloth?" - Hillary not getting prosecuted for obstruction of justice and destruction of evidence for a federal crime

The laws only exist to persecute you. The laws don't exist to prosecute Trump or Clintons.
