Chemtrail geoengineering is real. But the extent to which they can "control the weather" is unknown. I'd guess that mankind has little influence over the weather even with trillions in R&D and the most advanced military technology available. I wouldn't underestimate mother nature.
They also control earthquakes. They always seem to target countries that tell Soros to fuck off. Remember the philipines and Turkey?

Phillipines are in the "Ring of Fire" and are volcanic remnants, with the massive Pacific subduction zone relatively close. Earthquakes are almost a daily thing there.

I agree that it's likely a nothingburger with turkey and the Philippines, but earthquakes are pretty easy to cause. That was one of the major concerns of fracking, back when that was a hot topic around 2015 or so. To the extent that they're weaponized, impossible to know. But it's reasonable to assume that it's been put on the drawing board before. Could be some secret interest of elon musks "boring company". However man-made earthquakes tend to be quite minor (that we know of), so that's one reason it could be off the table entirely (if they don't have the capability to create worse ones, at least).

If I had to guess, they had strategically placed cloud seeding facilities around Iran in order to cut off their natural rainfall, the news would broadcast that low water reservoirs were due to “severe mismanagement by the iranian govt”, and niggeryahu would gloat about it and offer jew desalination technology if the iranians simply overthrew their government.
