My advice: Don't look. Don't do anything in an attempt to please anyone outside of you. Instead, divert your focus inwardly toward yourself. What do you want to do? Do you want to be a fat cunt, or do you want to have a strong, healthy, functioning body that you've been gifted? What do you want to do, what kind of things do you want to experience from life? You are bound to meet someone special in your growth and in your self creation. And immediately, you would already have something in common. For through your actions and self love, you would have manifested this union.
Be the person that a good woman would want, regardless of whether you ever meet her.
When you love, respect, and take care of yourself, truly, women will simply flock to you. You attract like minded good individuals who value respect, strength, and self respect.
Doesn't work. Good women that aren't taken don't exist, so you must compromise with a worse woman and make her good and accept her bad past. This does mean you need to be good first, but being good doesn't magically make debt free no piercing no tattoo virgin White women appear.
Exactly. That’s the part that many still refuse to realize, and accept. On top of that, if you’re lucky enough to find something even remotely decent, it’s a life long battle now to keep her from fucking you over thanks to phones/social media, and the JEWdicial sistum taking all the power, and ability from men. Many also have toxic single/divorced friends too. I know someone dealing with a wife like that right now.

Whatever the fuck you want to. That’s mostly what I’d do. With that said, and unfortunately, being shredded isnt going to magically make your life better. It actually made me weaker, and tired. I find 15-20% to be the sweet spot usually closer to 20. Feel much better, stronger, and look a hell of a lot better in clothes. I fill them out better without having to wear skin tight shirts that make me look and feel like a dbag. 😁
At 20% bf you're a couple meals away from being a fatass. Just count calories and prefer high volume low calorie foods. And all you just said it's all copes. No one under the God's sun would say you look better, are stronger whatever at 20% bf over an actually healthy 10-12%. I'm blessed to not feel hungry and I can go for an entire day without feeling like death is knocking on my door. But hey, that's me and just because I'm lucky and you're not doesn't mean it's "okay" to justify being at 20% bf. Stop coping and actually diet properly
Im not coping at all. Just going off of my own experience, and the expertise of my three buddies I’ve known for decades who also still lift very heavy. One of them even competes in the strongmen comps all through the southern states. There is no cope. I’m legitimately never hungry, and have to force myself to eat. I find it incredibly easy to lose and keep body fat off, but it’s a whole other beast to stay under 15% for more than a couple of months, and maintain muscle,and strength if you’re a natural lifter for anyone other than the few genetic outlier freaks. I’ve only ever met one in my life, but they do exist. He could legitimately eat whatever the fuck he wanted all day and stay between 12-15% bf all year round.

I wasn’t speaking about naked, or on the beach with your shirt off. I’m talking about walking around normal day to day with clothes that aren’t painted on. You know 90% PLUS of your life. Keep up fren. 😉
Edit: there’s a huge difference between someone who is 15-20% bf and lifts heavy regularly, and someone who only does cardio and eats decent to get there. That, I can agree on. I’m also not talking about staying at 20% for more than a short period. That’s the extreme end of acceptable to me for a short term like the three winter months. For me, in a perfect world, I’d like to always stay between 16-18. I like the way I look in that zone in regular clothes, and still remain pretty strong and energetic. YMMV.

You *make* them good, idiots. Women aren't good or bad. They are just following their reproductive programming by scanning around for potential mates to create babies with. All you have to do is demonstrate that you are a quality mate. If you do that she will just go along with whatever you're doing. She will bear your children and wash your clothes, or she will help you smuggle cocaine across international borders. That's why you see women with piece of shit drug dealers and shit. Second, if you have to “fix” one that has already developed bad degenerate habits, and behaviors, it’s going to be an uphill battle that will more than likely fail in the end. This is of course due to many aggravating factors you unfortunately have little to no control over anymore. As they saying goes, it’s easier to teach someone who has a clean slate in any “discipline” than to try to reengineer, and fight against what’s already deeply ingrained in someone.
For 99% of women, if you don’t lock one down before the “higher education” system gets a hold of her, and she lives her “best life” for four years, the reality is you’re more than likely choosing to complicate you’re life, and compromise your sanity. I’m not saying that it’s not possible, and to give completely up, but its definitely harder than it’s ever been before, and the juice more than likely isn’t, and/or won’t end up being worth the squeeze. Remember, you’re not just dealing with her, but the system that she can weaponize against you at any time to flip the table completely over, and take the kids from you, and/or possibly half your shit or more.

I have multiple friends who met their wives at church and I've met a lot of people there too. Demographics of course will depend on the church but it helps if you can join a Bible study or something where you can get to know people better. Not saying it's easy but I think there's a reason people suggest it a lot
You won't find a trad wife. You must make them by compromising with whatever body count jewed White woman and White pilling them, then hope they love you for it. women do not have beliefs of their own. if you are a strong high value man a woman who likes you will adopt your values/beliefs over time. If you maintain a social group that also shares your values/beliefs she will fold herself into compliance with that group. IE: do not let your woman be friends with divorced women, because she will divorce you too because of their influence.
