Whatever the fuck you want to. That’s mostly what I’d do. With that said, and unfortunately, being shredded isnt going to magically make your life better. It actually made me weaker, and tired. I find 15-20% to be the sweet spot usually closer to 20. Feel much better, stronger, and look a hell of a lot better in clothes. I fill them out better without having to wear skin tight shirts that make me look and feel like a dbag. 😁

At 20% bf you're a couple meals away from being a fatass. Just count calories and prefer high volume low calorie foods. And all you just said it's all copes. No one under the God's sun would say you look better, are stronger whatever at 20% bf over an actually healthy 10-12%. I'm blessed to not feel hungry and I can go for an entire day without feeling like death is knocking on my door. But hey, that's me and just because I'm lucky and you're not doesn't mean it's "okay" to justify being at 20% bf. Stop coping and actually diet properly

Im not coping at all. Just going off of my own experience, and the expertise of my three buddies I’ve known for decades who also still lift very heavy. One of them even competes in the strongmen comps all through the southern states. There is no cope. I’m legitimately never hungry, and have to force myself to eat. I find it incredibly easy to lose and keep body fat off, but it’s a whole other beast to stay under 15% for more than a couple of months, and maintain muscle,and strength if you’re a natural lifter for anyone other than the few genetic outlier freaks. I’ve only ever met one in my life, but they do exist. He could legitimately eat whatever the fuck he wanted all day and stay between 12-15% bf all year round.

I wasn’t speaking about naked, or on the beach with your shirt off. I’m talking about walking around normal day to day with clothes that aren’t painted on. You know 90% PLUS of your life. Keep up fren. 😉

Edit: there’s a huge difference between someone who is 15-20% bf and lifts heavy regularly, and someone who only does cardio and eats decent to get there. That, I can agree on. I’m also not talking about staying at 20% for more than a short period. That’s the extreme end of acceptable to me for a short term like the three winter months. For me, in a perfect world, I’d like to always stay between 16-18. I like the way I look in that zone in regular clothes, and still remain pretty strong and energetic. YMMV.
