So the way our system works right now, the mentally ill just bounce from jail, to psych hospital, to group home, then they abscond, then the streets, then crime, then back to jail.

This just repeats for 40-50 years until the patient is physically bed bound and then and ONLY THEN will a nursing home take them because they physically can't assault staff for giving care/meds etc. I see this happen All. The. Time. All of this costs John Taxpayer tens of millions of dollars over the course of their life.

That is false. They only did that as a last resort, when the system failed and the criminal was going to escape justice. One should remember than more Whites than niggers were lynched.
