Let's not forget, and I hate to rain on any parades but unfortunately.. this "youth" was 17 and... that's not 18. We all know that this thing should get life without parole but we shouldn't be surprised if the sentence is REMARKABLY less. I know it sucks... reality sucks...

Anthony was tried and convicted as an adult, as suspects aged 17 or older are treated as adults under Texas law.
