> The nutrient your body literally uses to repair its own tissue is bad for you.

Friendly reminder to always believe the opposite of what jews say.

Look at the angry White goy, wearing his wife-beater undershirt, splashed with food as he savagely consumes the bad meat protein.

This reeks of jew worse than Alan Dershowitz's underpants.

living in the world of constant dramatic gay stress these faggots create is way worse for my arteries.

and what a lazy group of faggots these are. the liquid meals were **prepared**?? how? by pouring some out of the bottle? I figure with all those handjobs they give shaking it up at least would be easy.

a "school of medicine." not "healing." not "rehabilitation." not "therapy." but.. straight up.. just "medicine." homosexuals.

Any protein beyond what your body uses for building and repair is broken down into energy and this puts stress on your kidneys.

It's a valid health concern, but the safety margin for anyone with healthy kidneys is fairly large. Using meat for energy is expensive.

And made even larger by sufficient water consumption. Dilution *is* the solution to pollution in this case... when coupled with the renal system anyway.

>Your body tends to not absorb excess protein and fat

This is objectively false.

Kind of a stupid meme. Even in the picture you can see that "Boost Plus" (whatever the fuck that is) isn't the protein part.

Not saying I agree with study, but have some fucking standards.

I did some digging and the studies (male and female) did use protein shakes.

Start:
https://www.nature.com/articles/s42255-024-00984-2

Male study description, because I didn't want to purchase the full study article:
https://clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT03946774

Light on info, but they did use shakes to control protein delivery. Since we all know our bodily systems are complex and should be kept in balance, I only see this study as a limited data point for how these protein shakes have this downside. I want to see a study next where they try healthy beef, chicken, etc.
