There's a reason that ancient Chinese chroniclers called everyone to their south retarded barbarians, and a reason that the core of Chinese identity formed in the yellow river basin to china's north.
This is also why you see such a disconnect in china today. On the one hand you can see the most advancements ever put forth by a single country in such a short amount of time, because the "old stock" han Chinese are very industrious and intelligent, and on the other hand you hear stories about absolutely retarded bullshit coming from China and cities that look like shantytowns, very much primarily coming from china's more Austronesian south. And the iq difference is stark. The northeastern provinces are usually an entire standard deviation higher in iq than the southwest.
Southern Chinese people nowadays are fairly mixed, and they also try to make themselves look as han chinese as possible, but there are some key telltale giveaways to distinguish the 2. Han chinese people almost invariably have a forehead slope that is even with the jaw, the same ratio of jaw to forehead that white people have. You can draw a line from the forehead to the jaw and it will be straight. Southern Chinese will more often have a sloping forehead with a jutting jaw, like austronesians and niggers. Northern Chinese are also Dolichocephalic whereas Southern Chinese are brachycephalic
All that being said, it's impossible for an ideology to make people stupid in such a short amount of time. Unless it's self destructive and insane like "pol-potism" which was predicated on the destruction of society entirely. Jews have been working to make westerners more stupid in some capacity or another since medieval times. It takes a long time to do unless you want to ensure your own destruction as well.

I'm quite confident that when China does IQ tests for any study, they specifically take from subgroups they know will result in higher IQs. Jews do the same trick. It's like gerrymandering but for IQ. People who do the studies fall for modern race theory and don't realize their sample has been tampered with.
Looking at a map of iq averages *by province* is significantly more damming. You will find IQs well above 100 in the northeast but sometimes less than 90 in the southwest. Tibet in particular is extremely dire, and it's really kind of hard to say why. Why there is such an astronomical difference between Han chinese and Tibetans, when they are in fact related, is a strange question to ponder. Tibetans score significantly lower than even purely austronesian countries like Cambodia. They might be making the numbers for Tibet look worse though, as proof that they need to control Tibet because tibetans are stupid. I don't believe in free Tibet myself, so I don't really care. Just my take on it.
This is also considering that china has selection biases in its studies. So it's selecting the best of its southwestern regions to skew the data. I believe that the data on northeasterners is accurate. The ancient Han chinese built one of the most advanced societies on the planet and were the torchbearers for every single east asian civilization that has ever existed (to a much greater extent than even rome was to the west. No the *entirety* of every neighboring countrys society comes from china, with the exception of *maybe* mongolia to an extent). If you want to get into deep schizo-tier archaeogenetics, theres some belief that the han chinese are of aryan descent because of either shared ancestry with tianyuan man and the indo europeans, or because of an indo european ruling class. I dont believe the 2nd one at all (chinese civilization long predates indo european arrival into china), the first one is true but i dont know how important it can really be considered. I do not believe the numbers for the people primarily descended from tribal jungle dwellers who the ancient chinese identified as hopeless retards.
