Everyone who's bigger than the top silver and bronze age bodybuilders is on gear. Guys like George Hackenschmidt and Steve Reeves were the absolute limit of unenhanced humans. OP is well past that limit.
No, there are legitimately big dudes out there who don't need roids. It's not difficult to get big. The hard part is getting big and super lean, which often requires a lot of supplemental hormones.

Clearly strong but how far can you run? Cardiovascular fitness is the best barometer for overall health. Moreover, if shit pops off, how far you can run will be more important than how much you lift. Other better questions to ask yourself would be: What is my resting heart rate? The lower the better (aside from weird health conditions). What is my endurance? For how long can i lift heavy objects? Cute cat by the way.

10% is definitely achievable, but as you said it isn't exactly healthy (though not in the danger zone *yet*). For men, dipping into single digits is where you are definitely unhealthy unless you're a complete freak like Bruce Lee. For women, 10% body fat is POW captured by the Japanese in burma-tier body fat levels.

Totally agree. Descending on the persons build, 15-20, maybe even as high as 23 on a man is PMF. 15-20(I’d say closer to 20 for most) is also where a natural male physique can still look impressive in normal fitting clothes without having to wear skin tight tshirts. People underestimate how hard it is for a natural to hold on to muscle mass while cutting down compared to juicemaxxing. I’m not saying there isn’t those 1% out there, but it’s a rarity for sure. You’re either super lean, with less muscle, or you can be a bloatlord with little to no cuts/vasculrity.
People usually lose their shit when I tell them that SDBF((9% or lower) means that someone who’s 6ft tall would only weigh between 150, and 185 at most if they’re completely natural with the latter being that they’ve been training for a consistent amount of time. Social media has really wrecked the minds of most men too, at least in this realm of discussion.

You’ve lost your V because your biceps are making your shoulders look small. I dunno man. You’re obviously very strong but something looks a little off kilter.
He has horrible clavicles which is why he looks like his shoulders are turning inward. I've been overweight, not as much he is, but I never looked like that because my clavicles aren't shit tier
i think if you make sure you're not winded after throwing all that heft around for a minute or two you're basically golden - having raw weight to pummel people with can often be more of a decisive factor than how ripped you look, it's why fight sports have weight classes. i'm glad you're on our side.
