For men, dipping into single digits is where you are definitely unhealthy unless you're a complete freak like Bruce Lee. For women, 10% body fat is POW captured by the Japanese in burma-tier body fat levels.

Clearly strong but how far can you run? Cardiovascular fitness is the best barometer for overall health. Moreover, if shit pops off, how far you can run will be more important than how much you lift. Other better questions to ask yourself would be: What is my resting heart rate? The lower the better (aside from weird health conditions). What is my endurance? For how long can i lift heavy objects?
