He's not necessarily wrong, but the way he's positioning himself in the argument is very odd.
The people who just want to wear SS uniforms and imagine what it would be like to come home to their litter flower Erika are few and far between.
The people who are reassessing what history has taught us about WWII, and finding that Germany was the hero. These are the people who need to be cultivated and pointed in the right direction.
This comment just feels like he's firing into his own audience for no particular reason.
He's backtracking so he can keep making money without being debanked again. "Hold up guys, now that I've got my guest spots again and completed my rehabilitation tour we need to calm down"

>Patriot Front are feds due to lack of RICO
RICO is limited to a specific set of crimes, many of which are violent or financial in nature. The crime also has to be proven to have happened on two separate cases and that the activity in question is tied directly to the organization's general nature or procedures.
RICO is not the silver bullet it is presented as in mob movies or whatever. What has PF dine that would have made it eligible for a RICO case?

Taking donations is not enough to get RICO'd. It's actually the act of donating IF the receiving organization has been deemed corrupt/criminal. That latter part is the key. Then that opens up an individual to RICO. However PF goes to great lengths to avoid any whiff of criminal activity.
Maybe my understanding of the law is off, but if it was as easy as you say any dissident right organization that takes donations would be "feds".
I'm referring to Fuentes and your argument he doesn't want to start anything because they will charge him with Rico crap. They can charge him with whatever they want and run a fake trial or just assassinate him.
