Taking donations is not enough to get RICO'd. It's actually the act of donating IF the receiving organization has been deemed corrupt/criminal. That latter part is the key. Then that opens up an individual to RICO. However PF goes to great lengths to avoid any whiff of criminal activity.
Maybe my understanding of the law is off, but if it was as easy as you say any dissident right organization that takes donations would be "feds".
You're being very emotional about this. You're again repeating "they're feds!" as, quoting you verbatim here, "fact". Because Biden didn't prosecute them...well they didn't prosecute dozens of other groups so it's just feds all the way down then?
And who's to say what I've done IRL? I'm fully expecting that I'm "on a list". Hell you're probably flagged for posted here, VPN or no. If your position is "they'll just change the rules on you and crush you regardless" that's just blackpill shit. If they go that mask off, your anonymous online profile isn't going to save you either. And whatever comfortable position you might have infiltrated into is not going to have much protection either. So do nothing, ever, and fade into that good night.
