Well, that's a huge leap. Sure, women were important because you need fertile wombs(and I'm pretty sure those Venus figurines are of the creation of new life) to keep the tribe going, but I've never seen anything to suggest they had any sort of authority.
The more common psyop I've seen is to weaponize the portrayal of the EEF as being vastly inferior in every way to the yamnaya.

What made Europe successful is that it was a combination of Mesopotamian civilization building and steppe ethos and religious beliefs. The racial difference between middle easterners and Europeans was trivial until the inhabitants of the Arab peninsula started raiding sub Saharan east Africa for slaves before Islam even existed, and then spread this practice to other groups with the islamic invasions. Even the yamnaya were closely related to the early euro farmers. Even considering this, the people of the levant today are oftentimes indistinguishable from deep southern Europeans such as Greeks and Andalusians. You can tell who is a native and who is not quite easily with just your eyes.

Eef probably makes up close to half of your blood unless you claim descent from the absolute northern fringes of Europe or you aren't white (or middle eastern). If you're of southern European descent, it can make up 60% to damn near 80% of your blood.

If they stood on their own principles, then israels leadership would be dominated by women. But I can't think of a single woman that holds any power in Israel whatsoever. Nor can I think of any jewish female religious leaders or... anything. Straight sausage fest all the way down.
