In Hungary almost every food place is White only. I mean it... I don't remember seeing any gypsy (or nigger or other subhuman) in a restaurant ever. I'd notice because my awareness would be immediately heightened and I wouldn't keep it out of sight. In fact I'd change seats solely for that and mumble something like "kurva cigány."

You just gave me some great ideas:

* Serve niggers more slowly than the rest. Or, if someone gives a modest tip, move them to the top of the queue so that non-tippers are always served last.
* Make people pay before eating. Cash, not credit card (they can cancel their transaction.)
* Absolutely no refunds for any reason whatsoever.
* Membership. If you're a member in good standing, you get service first. If you're not a member or you've misbehaved in the past, you're not welcome at all. Require an introduction to become a member.

I'm interested in the rough and/or specific translation ... the actual words, and then their *meaning* if you would? I collect phrases and other things from different languages and it's just a hobby.

Well, it's quite simple. "Kurva" means something like "bitch", "whore of" or used like "fucking", and "cigány" means gypsy. So it can be understood as "fucking gypsy." Alternative is "kurva cigányok" to refer to gypsies in plural. And I think both terms are quite common.
