Before today, I had never thought of exercise in terms of anything except health, disciple, and aesthetics. If you come here, agree with what's posted and aren't doing something to increase your strength or endurance, you are deceiving yourself and are a liar. You can't see the decline of the west and the systematic replacement of our people, say it's bad, and then do nothing about it. You have an obligation to both your White ancestors and descendants to be a physical threat to our enemies.

Health is good... But serious physical fitness that takes up a lot of time is a distraction. Humans didn't conquer the earth with their muscles. They did it with their brains. Europeans didn't come to rule the world by going to the gym. They did it with guns. They did it with religion. They did it by having lots of kids and raising them right. If you're relatively young it's cool to make it a higher priority but the highest priority for all of us if we can manage it is making more white people. If your fitness isn't serving that purpose then it's wasteful vanity.

At any moment, you might be called in to defend your White brothers or sisters. Would you stand by while one of them is attacked? When that happens, you'll need every ounce of strength you can muster.

You can make decent gains working out four hours a week. I know you have that much free time, at least.

I'd be better off with a gun. And if the attacker has a gun my strength isn't going to matter much. You people are really delusional thinking life is like an action movie where being in great shape makes a huge difference. Guns. Some gear. Preparedness. Enough physical fitness to manage that. That's it. Beyond that physical fitness has exponentially diminishing returns on utility. We're not having a race war right now. You can run drills with your militia if that pops off. Until then... Make more people and arm up.

Physical fitness is the greatest health intervention one can do to increase their lifespan and healthspan. Reaching the top level of cardio for your age group will bring a 300% decline in all cause mortality. Strength 200%. Nothing else comes even close. Quitting smoking is only 100%

Yes, let's tack on more time to the end of our lives when we are functionally dependants that burden our descendants and sell our property to be housed in a nursing home. The rest of us would be much better off if the boomers all just died right now. The same will apply to you. All the important stuff happens in the first half of life. The second half is just an opportunity for the system to drain you of things you gained you might have been able to pass on. End universal suffrage and women in the workplace and I might consider it worth a damn to live longer.

Don't give yourself too much credit - you have more of an obligation to protect your grandchildren by ending the jew.

That means fearlessly attending rallies and protests to network with others, using social media to jew-pill as many millions as possible and promoting our traditional Christian culture and values.

I suspect many ConPro users don't even wear a cross, which is the absolute minimum they can do to be part of the solution rather than part of the problem.

How many of us attended the college protests against kikes mass murdering Gentiles with impunity in Palestine?

How many of us have joined grass-root networks such as bartering communities (or attend farmer's markets), gun clubs, White Nationalist or prepping groups?

If you're living properly, your body will be strong.

I know it's very important for our men to be physically fit to defend and protect us, but I'll add it's also important for our women to be strong and fit as well. Not "bulky" or masculine, but be physically capable of rearing and raising the children and being pleasing to our husbands asthetically and as help meets. Multiple pregnancies, nursing, etc can be very wearing on a body. I'm near the end of this one and feeling it! Lol. But it's made much easier if you have limited fat and more muscle. Recovery is easier and you'll have more stamina for your family's needs.
