I know it's very important for our men to be physically fit to defend and protect us, but I'll add it's also important for our women to be strong and fit as well. Not "bulky" or masculine, but be physically capable of rearing and raising the children and being pleasing to our husbands asthetically and as help meets. Multiple pregnancies, nursing, etc can be very wearing on a body. I'm near the end of this one and feeling it! Lol. But it's made much easier if you have limited fat and more muscle. Recovery is easier and you'll have more stamina for your family's needs.
