There's some variance, but here's one example:

The racial demographics of Philadelphia are as follows:

White: 37.09%

Black or African American: 40.10%

American Indian and Alaska Native: 0.33%

Asian: 7.60%

Native Hawaiian and other Pacific Islander: 0.05%

Some other race: 8.52%

Multiracial: 6.32%

Hispanic (of any race): 16%

I checked 2020 census and it was conveniently close to black and Hispanic being slightly over 52%.

Blah blah blah, not all.... But seriously, most (over 90%) blacks I have to put up with are only capable of reading 3 or 4 letters into a word.

Like all of them saying "ISOPROPANE" when they look at a bottle of "Isopropanol"

Yeah there's a lot of variance. Some of them say "Philadelphia area", so I assume they're including the suburbs which drives the White percentage up. Also there's a lot of Whites abandoning the city, so I assume the number is lower now than in 2020.

jews claim that most people in the middle ages were illiterate (but ignore this is because you were only considered literate by the Church if you were a polyglot capable of reading and writing in latin, most peasants could definitely read, and probably write if they had access to something to write on), and yet have created a society where half the population is *actually* illiterate.
