Is this an AI-provided “answer”? Half are illiterate, yet 2/3 are 6-th to 8-th literate? Does that include the illiterate..?

It could be that 15% are low functioning and 67% of the total is at or below this qualification, 52% being rated even lower. idk. Where are they getting these stats?
