It blows my mind how many people started, and continue lifting weights to magically attract the opposite sex.

I exercise because I don't want to be a jeet or libsoy. However, I have a friend who has lifted seriously for over 10 years and it does not, by itself, attract women to you.

This guy forgets that the Luigi guy got national, maybe international attention for a crime. The women number in what, the thousands? Out of 4 billion? And these are also probably fringe women that no normal guy would want to date, crazy, obsessive, on meds, suicidal, etc. and even their responses are being spread because they're in response to something else that's getting attention.

Three, women can smell ulterior motives. The only thing you do to get women is try to get women. Don't become rich, get strong, or learn guitar to get women. Do those things for their own sake. Working out is a necessary, not sufficient, criteria in getting attention from women. More specifically, it's a subgroup of "be attractive." You still need good looks, charisma, etc. Working out just tends to make most men more attractive, but will only make you look like a weird orc if you have a jacked up face.

You can actually get too buff for women to like. Kind of like how chicks can get too buff as well, it really does look gross.
