Getting fit can definitely make you more attractive in both facial structure and how you hold yourself because of confidence, but it can’t fix being a complete sperg. Posture/height is usually affected positively also.

It may also help to have a good personality in addition to lifting. All I know about this man is that he lifts and wants women, and for all I know, that is all there is to know about him.

it helps in getting a good woman but in terms of pure degenerate hedonistic short term attraction (as this guy clearly seeks) it's only about looks. In relationships looks are the first criteria too
The most important part besides it making you healthier overall is that it also sets an example for what you expect out of a wife, and family IMHO. You can’t expect your woman to practice healthy habits for both herself, and the family you hope to create with her, if you don’t engage in them daily yourself. In other words, I can’t expect to snag, and keep a woman who cares about her health, if I don’t care about my own. We must lead at all times possible. Once again, this doesn’t mean being a juiced up monster who works out three hours everyday.
