They found a backpack with Monopoly money, yet they also found him at McDonalds with a backpack as well? So two backpacks? Two different coats?
I think this guy is an actor that they made to go back to the hostel and go in the cab. Make it look like no one gets away.
1. the guy basically had to follow 0 rules of hiding himself. it makes them look like they lucked out.
2. he is handsome for the ladies, wealthy, educated. it makes people who kill CEOs look good.
