Because healthcare is a scam.
You pay 20% of what you earn to get jewish pills for free.. it's not real healthcare btw.
And the inflation of the medical system is a jewish cancer too; the Rockefeller and Rotchild had their noses in it.
The county also funds all mass transit, fire department, rescue services, civilian defense, all different types of ambulance vehicles, local clinics, medicine, treatment, helicopter rides to another hospital in case of emergency and much more.

Nope, that was a statement of a fact, and fact is we pay a lot of income tax here. I hate taxes, which is why I approve the oil fund, get rid of debt and let the government slowly replace taxes with interest earnings from natural resources. In a few decades we'll be tax free, but keep the current spending.

Most of the european countries pay this much for healthcare. In the balkans people pay half of their wages in taxes. And it's not real healthcare. They won't give you real medicine come on. It's just free pills.
So? Anything that is mandatory is a cancer and the government will mostly lie and cheat about it. All that is free from the government becomes shitty, just give it time and see.

Meds that hasn't been slightly altered just to renew patents in order to jew you with usury when you desperately need them are very real and they do work. Take insulin for instance. Very cheap allover the world because the patent expired long ago. Yet the cheap version is not sold in the US.

As for the tax I don't know how much they pay in Balkans, all of those countries are pretty corrupt so my guess is that they pay way more than it actually cost, just like Americans.
