You do a perfect demonstration of that by comparing the US to what's essentially third world countries. As for the tax I don't know how much they pay in Balkans, all of those countries are pretty corrupt so my guess is that they pay way more than it actually cost, just like Americans. Still, not even people in the Balkans go bankrupt over medical bills.

So, hypothetically speaking, lets say you fall, you have a bad injury, pass out and someone call an ambulance. You have no insurance, and gets slapped with a medical bill higher than Hunter Biden. What do you do? you passed out so you can't really reject the ambulance. This is one of many ways Americans go bankrupt. How's that not slavery if paying tax is, which you already do.
I wouldn't go to the hospital to begin with. I'd rather find a practitioner or literally google a cure.

Americans pay a low tax. It's not close to 50%.
And should be even lower.
The solution is simple: get rid of the jew element. This way everything becomes affordable again. And if you lack insurance you just pay for it.. should be affordable, it used to be.
We solve problems by going at the root... Undo everything that they did.

3% property tax is insanely high tax. You pay tax on stuff they tell you that you own, I pay 20% tax on my income. Only the top 1% pays 50% income tax.
Then come in the balkans where it is 50% for everybody.
Where the slaves at the bottom pay this much and the companies at the top pay way less.
It's literally reversed.
