most ice-cream nowadays is just sugar and soy (lechitin) sometimes they put some corn syrup in there too to make sure you're fully faggotized

if you want proper ice-cream **just make it yourself**

i throw greek yogurt (10% fat) into the blender, add Ice, honey, blackberries/blueberries, spearmint , a few crystals of mastica (for minty flavor) and a tinge of Xanthan gum for consistency

blend it all together and bam you got home-made Ice-cream with ZERO ZOGGERY

though if you really don't feel like working or don't have a blender

there are high-end Italian resturants who make ice-cream themselves and the main ingredient is... cream

you have no idea how hard i *cringed* reading that

as for the recipe, you can al ways use heavy cream but it works either way, if you don't have cream, just add some chunks of butter

ice-cream is just frozen fat, sugar and fruit so it really doesn't matter what kind of ingredients you use, i just use the best ingredients nutrient-wise (high fat, high protein)

Put cream sugar and vanilla inside a Ziploc bag. Then Put it inside a larger ziplock bag full of ice. Add half cup of salt to the ice. Ziplock the big bag with ice salt and smaller ziplock. Shake. The ice reacts with salt and gets even colder. The cream freezes.
